About the role

  • Sell hygiene solutions to existing customers, provide professional advice and acquire new customers in your region to drive continuous growth
  • Support customers in commercial dishwashing, kitchen environments, laundries and housekeeping
  • Conduct regular service visits and trainings at customer sites
  • Monitor the market and competitors, derive strategies and measures, and support the launch of new products
  • Act as an Ecolab brand ambassador and share best practices in cleaning and safety, water, sustainability, efficiency and innovation

Requirements

  • Completed technical apprenticeship and/or a degree in engineering or business administration
  • Initial B2B sales experience and technical aptitude preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation ability and customer service orientation
  • Team player with a high willingness to learn, self‑initiative and a hands‑on mentality
  • Goal‑oriented and structured work style, with an interest in dynamic processes and frequently changing tasks for different customers
  • Proficient PC skills (especially MS Office); experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) desirable
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Driving license class B and willingness to travel within your sales territory
