💰 $120,500 - $180,700 per year
About the role
- Ensure compliance with Ecolab quality system requirements across all PPC production sites.
- Ensure new product introductions are handled appropriately with strong validation activity to ensure RFT and no issues in market.
- Oversee and manage the resolution of customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensuring robust root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Verify that raw materials and finished products meet engineering and product specifications.
- Make decisions regarding product disposition based on quality standards.
- Authorize requisition of supplies and services critical to the quality function.
- Collaborate and effectively work within a global team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field with a strong chemistry component.
- 10 years of experience managing quality systems, including at least 3 years in a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, including pharma GMP and regulatory requirements.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
