About the role
- Drive growth by selling EcoSure’s food safety, brand standards, guest experience quality assurance programs, along with Lobster Ink’s digital learning solutions.
- Achieve sales targets, including profitability, and controlling expenses.
- Generate new opportunities by identifying and pursuing decision-makers at specific targeted accounts across QSR, contract caterers, c-stores, lodging and food retail sectors.
- Win new business by making corporate level sales calls, preparing presentations, doing demonstrations, and representing the company at tradeshows, conferences or professional meetings.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecasting opportunities in Salesforce.
- Effectively negotiate contracts and close agreements with new and existing customers.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, developing and executing account plans to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Participate and support customer sponsored events to strengthen business relationships.
- Establish effective cross-divisional working relationships to grow customer opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluent in French or German (ideally both).
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and relevant work experience will be considered.
- 3 - Years relevant B2B sales and customer relationship management experience.
- Strong understanding of hospitality, food service and c - store segments.
- Ability to travel for up to 50% of the time.
