About the role

  • Drive expansion into new markets and unlock high-value opportunities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Position Ecocoast as a leading solutions provider through a consultative and technically credible approach
  • Contribute to the long-term growth strategy of the business across the region
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Europe
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to contract award
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within priority market
  • Develop long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, asset owners, and public-sector stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their challenges and proposing tailored, value-led solutions
  • Represent Ecocoast at client meetings, site visits, industry events, and key commercial discussions
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, product teams to shape competitive and technically credible solutions
  • Contribute to the strategic positioning of key opportunities
  • Support the development of partnerships, agent networks, and local market presence
  • Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline in Pipedrive, including forecasting, reporting, and opportunity management
  • Monitor market activity, competitor movements, and upcoming projects across the region
  • Contribute to regional business plans and broader market expansion strategy

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years’ experience in business development, technical sales, or account management
  • Experience within the marine, construction, engineering, or environmental sectors would be advantageous
  • Proven ability to win new business and build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to understand and engage with engineered solutions
  • Experience working across European markets
  • Fluent English is essential; additional European languages would be beneficial
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
