About the role
- Drive expansion into new markets and unlock high-value opportunities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Position Ecocoast as a leading solutions provider through a consultative and technically credible approach
- Contribute to the long-term growth strategy of the business across the region
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Europe
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to contract award
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within priority market
- Develop long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, asset owners, and public-sector stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their challenges and proposing tailored, value-led solutions
- Represent Ecocoast at client meetings, site visits, industry events, and key commercial discussions
- Work closely with engineering, operations, product teams to shape competitive and technically credible solutions
- Contribute to the strategic positioning of key opportunities
- Support the development of partnerships, agent networks, and local market presence
- Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline in Pipedrive, including forecasting, reporting, and opportunity management
- Monitor market activity, competitor movements, and upcoming projects across the region
- Contribute to regional business plans and broader market expansion strategy
Requirements
- 3–7+ years’ experience in business development, technical sales, or account management
- Experience within the marine, construction, engineering, or environmental sectors would be advantageous
- Proven ability to win new business and build strong, long-term client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Technical curiosity and the ability to understand and engage with engineered solutions
- Experience working across European markets
- Fluent English is essential; additional European languages would be beneficial
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
