About the role
- Expand and further develop people and organizational development initiatives
- Design and implement targeted personnel development measures, including career planning and career-path development
- Optimize HR processes, particularly in recruiting
- Design, organize and deliver modern training, workshop and coaching formats
- Advise and support employees and managers on all personnel development matters, including conducting needs analyses
- Conduct return-to-work and absence discussions
- Support and coordinate our internal and external trainers
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on personnel development/HR
- Qualification as Personalfachkaufmann/-frau (for candidates with commercial training)
- AEVO (trainer certification)
- High level of discretion, reliability and personal responsibility
- Basic English skills
- Very good MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
- Enjoy working with people and be a team player
