About the role
- Expand and further develop personnel and organizational development
- Design and implement targeted personnel development measures, including career planning and career-path development
- Optimize HR processes, particularly in recruiting
- Design, organize and deliver modern training sessions, workshops and coaching formats
- Advise and support employees and managers on all personnel development matters, including conducting needs analyses
- Conduct return-to-work and absence-related interviews
- Support and manage our internal and external trainers
Requirements
- You have a commercial vocational qualification or a degree with a focus on personnel development or HR, or you hold the Personalfachkaufmann/-frau qualification (if you completed a commercial qualification); AEVO (vocational trainer certification) is an advantage
- High degree of discretion, reliability and personal responsibility
- Basic knowledge of English
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Enjoy working with people and are a team player
