About the role

  • Manage the international product portfolio in the field of door closing technology and related innovations across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Develop initial ideas and concepts and support product development.
  • Sales and revenue planning as well as pricing.
  • International product launches.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration and communication with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. R&D, Marketing, Sales, Controlling, and Service).
  • Identify trends and customer needs based on market analyses.
  • Prepare and present product requirement specifications and go-to-market strategies for product development projects.
  • Support international product launches and conduct product training.

Requirements

  • A successfully completed technical or technical-business degree (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Alternatively, a technician qualification or a door hardware specialist with several years of professional experience and development ambitions.
  • Ideally, experience in product management or technical sales of door or door technology products, or adjacent areas within building technology.
  • A proactive, hands-on mentality is explicitly desired.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Enthusiasm for innovative mechanical and mechatronic door components and new solutions.
  • Strong market and customer orientation as well as persuasive ability.
  • A pronounced entrepreneurial mindset and initiative combined with a drive to shape and implement solutions.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (< 20%).
