About the role
- Management of the international product portfolio for door closer technology and innovations
- Development of initial ideas and concepts
- Support of product development
- Sales and revenue planning and pricing
- International product launches
- Conduct portfolio, market, target group and competitor analyses
- Strategic development roadmaps derived from trends and customer needs
- Support for international product launches including briefing and approval of marketing materials
- Product presentations and training for key customers and events
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical or technical-business degree (e.g., industrial engineering, technical business administration, mechanical engineering) or equivalent qualification
- Technician qualification or door hardware specialist with several years of professional experience
- Strong technical and commercial/business knowledge
- Ideally experience in product management or technical sales of door or door-technology products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Enthusiasm for innovative mechanical and mechatronic door components
- Strong market and customer orientation
