About the role

  • Expand and further develop personnel and organizational development
  • Design and implement targeted personnel development measures, including career planning and career-path development
  • Optimize HR processes, particularly in recruiting
  • Design, organize and deliver modern training, workshops and coaching formats
  • Advise and support employees and managers on all personnel development matters, including conducting needs analyses
  • Conduct return-to-work and absence interviews
  • Support and coordinate our internal and external trainers

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training or a completed degree with a focus on personnel development or HR
  • Qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) (if coming from commercial training)
  • AEVO (trainer certification)
  • High level of discretion, reliability and personal responsibility
  • Basic English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Enjoy interacting with people and be a team player
