About the role
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target new business opportunities.
- Travel to meet with potential and existing customers, building strong relationships.
- Educate customers on the benefits and technical aspects of our lithium battery products.
- Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions.
- Manage a sales pipeline using CRM software and track progress towards sales goals.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional efforts.
- Work closely with the operations and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Golf cart industry background strongly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and work independently in the field.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience attending trade shows and industry networking events.
