About the role
- Lead generation: establish contact via phone and email to physician practices with the goal to schedule demonstrations of eClinicalWorks Industry leading Electronic Health Record Software
- Execute sales campaigns to target audience
- Work collaboratively in team environment to Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- Work with cross-functional teams when required
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up when needed
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate team within eCW
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- Ability to make 50+ calls/day
- Bachelor's Degree requirement may be waived with a minimum of 2 years of successful lead generation experience
- Ability to think analytically and create new initiatives/campaigns from the ground up
- Professional demeanor
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
- Proficiency using Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and a CRM Tool
- Strong ability to foster meaningful business relationships
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Ability to present creative methods in generating and maintaining new business
