About the role
- Manage scope, facilitate delivery of quality products and services, and foster relationships with eCS teams, clients, and partners
- Partner with functional subject matter experts and project stakeholders to align expectations, disseminate project information, and create project plans for high quality Biometrics Services consultation and delivery
- Facilitate project planning, execution, timeline creation, and delivery of contracted scope
- Conduct project meetings and documentation; socialization of scope, current activity status, and decisions
- Ensure identification and engagement of appropriate stakeholders and manage stakeholder communication
- Track delivery against contracted scope, initiate change management activities, monitor and maintain project financials, and handle invoicing
- Manage escalation, risk, and reporting responsibilities; partner with internal and external management to identify goals, needs, gaps, and solutions
- Collate and report requested project metrics, client feedback, and input to Organizational Process Assets; support audits, sales, and ad hoc client engagement requests
- Ensure adherence to industry and organization requirements (SOPs, GCP, Mandatory Training, Timesheets, System Usage) and support Operational Key Results and Business Unit Objectives and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years of project management experience preferred
- Professional Services delivery experience, including scope and financial management
- Clinical Trial Industry, EDC/Database implementation, Data Management, and/or Biostatistical and Programming Services knowledge preferred
- Interest in PMP Certification
- Exceptional multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
- Written and verbal communication skills to successfully engage and build relationships with stakeholders of all levels
- Drive and self-sufficiency to adapt to a growing organization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to learn new processes, technologies, and concepts
- Commitment to utilizing operational standards, PMI methodologies and best practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications, Project Management and Financial Software, and File Management Systems
- Some knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trial methodology and domains, CRO partnerships, and secure data management standards
