Manage scope, facilitate delivery of quality products and services, and foster relationships with eCS teams, clients, and partners
Partner with functional subject matter experts and project stakeholders to align expectations, disseminate project information, and create project plans for high quality Biometrics Services consultation and delivery
Facilitate project planning, execution, timeline creation, and delivery of contracted scope
Conduct project meetings and documentation; socialization of scope, current activity status, and decisions
Ensure identification and engagement of appropriate stakeholders and manage stakeholder communication
Track delivery against contracted scope, initiate change management activities, monitor and maintain project financials, and handle invoicing
Manage escalation, risk, and reporting responsibilities; partner with internal and external management to identify goals, needs, gaps, and solutions
Collate and report requested project metrics, client feedback, and input to Organizational Process Assets; support audits, sales, and ad hoc client engagement requests
Ensure adherence to industry and organization requirements (SOPs, GCP, Mandatory Training, Timesheets, System Usage) and support Operational Key Results and Business Unit Objectives and KPIs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
2+ years of project management experience preferred
Professional Services delivery experience, including scope and financial management
Clinical Trial Industry, EDC/Database implementation, Data Management, and/or Biostatistical and Programming Services knowledge preferred
Interest in PMP Certification
Exceptional multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
Written and verbal communication skills to successfully engage and build relationships with stakeholders of all levels
Drive and self-sufficiency to adapt to a growing organization and continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to learn new processes, technologies, and concepts
Commitment to utilizing operational standards, PMI methodologies and best practices
Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications, Project Management and Financial Software, and File Management Systems
Some knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trial methodology and domains, CRO partnerships, and secure data management standards
