About the role
- Perform high-volume data entry for accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor management
- Accurately log and categorize company expenses in QuickBooks
- Assist with preparing and posting journal entries
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Handle ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 0–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
- QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
- Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
