About the role

  • Perform high-volume data entry for accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor management
  • Accurately log and categorize company expenses in QuickBooks
  • Assist with preparing and posting journal entries
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Handle ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
  • Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
