About the role

  • Review of documentation and drafting of medium- and high-complexity pleadings;
  • Managing and scheduling procedural deadlines for medium-volume mass litigation;
  • Regular monitoring of cases in the portfolio;
  • Preparation of procedural reports;
  • Development of litigation strategies and legal theories;
  • Drafting procedural and appellate pleadings;
  • Negotiating settlements;
  • Supervision of law interns;
  • Oral advocacy and legal opinions;
  • Analysis of property titles/registry entries;
  • Client service, including conducting meetings and exchanging emails;

Requirements

  • Law degree (completed);
  • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
  • Experience in all phases of the litigation process;
  • Desirable experience with strategic litigation;
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
