About the role
- Own a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and developing a deep understanding of their needs.
- Drive growth and retention by securing renewals, reducing churn, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Oversee contracts and negotiations, managing renewals and commercial discussions with your accounts.
- Lead onboarding and adoption, ensuring new clients successfully launch and quickly realize value from Echo.
- Handle and coordinate technical or operational requests, working closely with Product, Tech, and Delivery teams when needed.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback and insights to improve our product and services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to deliver the best customer experience and continue improving Echo’s offering.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or another B2B client-facing role.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- A commercial mindset, with experience driving renewals, upsells, or cross-sells.
- Experience managing contracts and leading client negotiations.
- Highly customer-centric, with a focus on delivering value and maintaining strong client satisfaction.
- Proactive, organized, and autonomous, able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, tech, and delivery teams to resolve client needs.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
