About the role
- Develop, implement, and oversee Response Team strategies to meet patient admission goals in alignment with the ERC PL mission, vision and values.
- Lead and mentor the Response Team, providing training, support, and resources to ensure professional and compassionate interactions.
- Monitor patient contact channels daily to ensure timely responses and effective handling of patient inquiries.
- Ensure that the Response Team provides compassionate and supportive experience for patients and families from the initial inquiry to assessment.
- Reviews daily admissions metrics, including inquiry volumes, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions, healthcare management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in admission, call center, healthcare, or behavioral health related environment.
- Proven experience managing team performance and meeting operational or conversion goals.
