Customer Success Manager

• Proactively monitor clients’ court notice processing queues to identify, assess, and resolve errors
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships as an extension of their team
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, standardizing best practices, and improving operational efficiency
• Develop deep expertise in ECFX products to deliver effective technical support and guidance
• Assist with onboarding and implementation of new clients, particularly on technical configuration and setup
• Partner with internal teams to escalate and resolve product issues efficiently
• Plan and deliver client training to drive adoption and self-sufficiency
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding system performance, issues, and resolutions
• Support ongoing client success by identifying opportunities to improve usage and outcomes

Manager

• Own end-to-end implementation projects, delivering against timeline, scope, budget, and quality targets
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, providing status updates, managing expectations, and proactively resolving risks and issues
• Lead discovery to understand client workflows and success criteria; translate needs into a structured implementation plan
• Partner with internal technical teams to configure and validate ECFX Notice to meet client requirements
• Plan and deliver client onboarding and training to drive adoption and self-sufficiency
• Maintain accurate project documentation (requirements, decisions, plans, and status) to ensure alignment and continuity
• Identify and recommend relevant add-on products in partnership with Sales and Customer Success

Full-stack Engineer

• Build Automation That Matters: Develop software that automates legal document workflows end-to-end – from retrieval across dozens of court systems to secure storage – using Java, PostgreSQL, and Micronaut. Every pipeline you build saves legal teams hours of manual work.
• Ship with AI as Your Co-Pilot: Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code) daily to write, debug, and refactor code. You’ll learn to craft effective prompts, review AI-generated code critically, and develop an intuition for when AI accelerates your work versus when you need to go deeper yourself.
• Solve Real Puzzles: Legal document sources are messy, inconsistent, and constantly changing. You’ll tackle challenges like building scrapers that handle unpredictable page structures, designing retry logic for unreliable third-party systems, and ensuring document integrity across formats.
• Grow Through Code Review: Participate in thorough code reviews – both giving and receiving feedback – and contribute to our CI/CD pipelines. You’ll learn our codebase with support from senior engineers and develop strong software craftsmanship habits early in your career.
