About the role
- Site acquisition & portfolio expansion: You identify market opportunities, pinpoint suitable parking garage and parking locations, and develop them to decision-ready status.
- Network management & market presence: You have a broad, established network with property owners, project developers, asset holders and municipal decision-makers.
- Site evaluation & business development: You analyze potential locations, assess economic viability, and develop viable operator and site concepts.
- Negotiation & contract closing: You conduct discussions and negotiations with owners, developers and other partners confidently and in a results-oriented manner.
- Strategic development: You monitor market trends, analyze site potentials, and derive recommendations to drive the further development of our expansion strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in site acquisition, expansion, project development or the real estate sector
- Strong network with property owners, project developers, asset holders and municipal decision-makers
- Experience in off-market sourcing and the ability to identify opportunities before they are publicly advertised
- Poise, strong communication skills and negotiation confidence — including when interacting with decision-makers and owners
- Structured and independent working style with a strong understanding of profitability and site potential
- Willingness to travel, business-fluent German and very good English skills, as well as strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
