About the role
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets for egg products.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance, and analyze market trends.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and trade activities to promote the brand.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in food, poultry, or egg products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Results-driven, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
