About the role
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the poultry farm and egg production facility.
- Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to meet quality and output targets.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and staff management.
- Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and biosecurity regulations.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of farm staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in poultry production, preferably in egg production.
- Senior-level experience with strong leadership and administrative skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Science, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
