Accounting Manager

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations; investigate discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams and banking institutions.
• Manage capital project accounting, including setup, closure, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Run monthly depreciation schedules and calculate capitalized interest.
• Prepare and post journal entries for payroll, fixed assets, banking, and tax transactions.
• Complete monthly account reconciliations and assist in audit, tax, and regulatory reporting.
• Respond to customer insurance requests in coordination with third-party providers.
• Support cash flow analysis and various management reports.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed.
