About the role

  • Plan, manage and optimize Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns on Amazon
  • Use Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for data-driven campaign analysis
  • Develop targeted performance strategies for our clients in the OTC and dietary supplement (NEM) sectors
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous performance monitoring to optimize conversions
  • Work closely with Account Management
  • Support the further development of our retail media strategies on Amazon and online pharmacies
  • Prepare reports and insights for client reviews and internal strategy meetings

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with a focus on Amazon Advertising
  • Confident in using Amazon PPC and DSP
  • Familiar with e‑commerce and online marketing structures
  • Analytical mindset and structured working style
  • Interest in data-driven marketing and digital trends
  • Native-level German and good English skills
  • Plus: Experience in agency, pharmaceutical, or retail media environments
