About the role
- Independent responsibility for managing and developing healthcare and FMCG brands on Amazon and in online pharmacies.
- Planning product detail pages, A+ Content, Brand Store and Brand Story with the goal of sustainably increasing visibility, conversion and brand building.
- Design and implementation of retail media campaigns (Sponsored Ads, DSP, CTV) together with our advertising team.
- Analysis of market, competitor and performance data, identification of growth opportunities and derivation of concrete optimization measures.
- Acting as the interface between client, content, advertising, operations and BI — you ensure that all components work together seamlessly.
- Preparing reports, deriving actionable recommendations and continuously optimizing brand performance.
Requirements
- Some experience in e-commerce, online marketing or account management — ideally in OTC / FMCG / healthcare.
- Understanding of digital commerce structures, brand and assortment management in the pharmacy or marketplace environment.
- Knowledge of or interest in Amazon (Vendor Central, Seller Central, Ads) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset: you translate numbers into concrete actions.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with high quality standards.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
