💰 $107,200 - $143,100 per year

About the role

  • Responsible for the strategy and vendor management of eBay’s global voice communications environment
  • Ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective voice services
  • Partner closely with ITSS, CS Tech, GCS, IT Operations, Finance, and external carriers
  • Define and execute the global voice telecom strategy, including legacy and modern voice platforms
  • Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics
  • Manage relationships with global and regional voice carriers, SIP providers, and managed service partners
  • Lead carrier selection, contract negotiations, and service reviews in partnership with Procurement and Legal
  • Ensure compliance with regional telecom regulations, emergency services (e.g., E911), and lawful intercept requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise voice telecom
  • Experience managing global voice carriers and service providers
  • Proven ability to lead telecom initiatives and transition programs
  • Experience with contact center voice platforms and call routing technologies (preferred)
  • Familiarity with voice solutions
  • Knowledge of global telecom regulations and emergency services requirements
  • Experience working in a large, distributed, or global organization
