Lead development of business requirements and technical specifications for KYC projects
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to make projects a reality
Support testing of the solutions and provide UAT support with participants
Drive automation within operations with new technologies such as GenAI
Be aware of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all deliverables
Use data analysis to drive optimal solutions to mitigate AML risks
Document processes and procedures for KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence operations teams in order to meet requirements
Provide governance for KYC and EDD projects by tracking and communicating key deliverables and roadblocks

Requirements

2+ years of KYC experience in fin-tech, start-ups, technology, or emerging financial services
Consistent track record in developing detailed requirements and specifications
Collaboration with product and engineering to refine requirements and design
Deep understanding of KYC/CDD/EDD processes and AML standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
SQL and Data Analysis skills
