About the role

  • Respond to leads from partner companies
  • Proactively contact leads (phone, WhatsApp, and email)
  • Assess the lead's career stage and recommend the most suitable course or training
  • Drive negotiations through to closing
  • Conduct structured follow-ups
  • Record interactions in the CRM
  • Work with conversion and revenue targets
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in consultative sales (Inside Sales)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Goal- and results-oriented
  • Organized and disciplined in CRM usage
  • Proactive with an ownership mindset
  • Experience in education (EdTech) (a plus)
  • Experience with the B2B2C model (a plus)
  • Experience selling mid-ticket products (R$1k–R$5k) (a plus)
