About the role
- Respond to leads from partner companies
- Proactively contact leads (phone, WhatsApp, and email)
- Assess the lead's career stage and recommend the most suitable course or training
- Drive negotiations through to closing
- Conduct structured follow-ups
- Record interactions in the CRM
- Work with conversion and revenue targets
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in consultative sales (Inside Sales)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Goal- and results-oriented
- Organized and disciplined in CRM usage
- Proactive with an ownership mindset
- Experience in education (EdTech) (a plus)
- Experience with the B2B2C model (a plus)
- Experience selling mid-ticket products (R$1k–R$5k) (a plus)
