About the role
- Lead the commercial process for EBAC courses across all stages of the sales funnel;
- Provide consultative service to prospective students via phone, WhatsApp and digital channels;
- Diagnose clients' needs, goals and professional stage to recommend the best educational solution;
- Build value propositions aligned with the client's objectives and career opportunities;
- Record and monitor commercial interactions and opportunities in the CRM;
- Apply structured consultative sales techniques to manage negotiations and close deals;
- Contribute to achieving individual and team commercial targets.
Requirements
- Proactive, organized profile with strong commercial discipline;
- Clear results and performance orientation;
- Ability to lead strategic conversations and build client relationships;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Previous experience in consultative sales or commercial processes with a structured sales cycle;
- Experience servicing and negotiating via remote channels such as phone and digital messaging;
- Ability to understand client needs before presenting the solution;
- Experience in the education or edtech market;
- Experience in commercial environments driven by targets and performance indicators;
- Previous experience in areas related to training, development or quality.
