About the role
- Manage the sales process for our courses through all stages of the sales funnel;
- Proactively reach out to leads via phone, WhatsApp and chat;
- Log all incoming and outgoing contact activities in the CRM;
- Stay informed about our courses, institution, and internal procedures;
Requirements
- Experience in consultative sales
- Experience providing customer support via phone and WhatsApp
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
