About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of a data-driven content strategy aligned with EasyLlama's business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Oversee the creation of a wide range of high-quality, engaging content formats including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, infographics, videos, webinars, and website copy.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, reflects brand voice and messaging, and resonates with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and consistent publication across all channels.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to identify content opportunities and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Be the host of a new EasyLlama podcast launching in Q4
  • Develop and implement strategies to build, grow, and engage EasyLlama's online community across various platforms (e.g., social media, forums, dedicated community platforms, email lists).
  • Act as a community advocate, fostering meaningful interactions, responding to inquiries, and facilitating discussions.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers, brand advocates, and industry experts to amplify our message.
  • Monitor community sentiment, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform content and product development.
  • Proactively collaborate with Customer Success to develop and execute customer education initiatives, and create onboarding and engagement campaigns that drive adoption to ensure users maximize the value of our training content and LMS platform.
  • Build and nurture brand advocates through a Customer Advisory Panel and regular product webinars.
  • Organize and execute virtual events, webinars, and other community-building initiatives.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for content and community initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance, community engagement, and lead generation metrics.
  • Use data insights to continuously optimize content strategy, distribution channels, and community engagement tactics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve content effectiveness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS community marketing and growth
  • Proven track record in creating cornerstone content assets, growing a community, and and partnering with other people and brands to create content and engage the right buyers
  • Experience working with advanced content and community marketing tools and automation to execute and manage campaigns efficiently.
  • Experience in human resource industry, learning management systems (LMS), e-learning/online learning platforms, or workplace training industries is a plus.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills, with expertise in HubSpot LinkedIn, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to translate complex product use cases and thought leadership topics into clear, compelling content that resonates and inspires your target audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Excellent ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
