About the role
- Lead and manage a team of 7–10 Account Executives to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Drive consistent pipeline execution, deal progression, and on-time deal closure
- Coach reps on core sales fundamentals, including discovery, qualification, deal management, and closing
- Run structured 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls to establish a strong operating rhythm
- Inspect deals, identify risk early, and manage deal escalations as needed
- Enforce adoption of the defined sales process, tools, and CRM standards
- Own rep-level forecasting and deliver accurate, predictable commits to sales leadership
- Partner closely with the VP of Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to improve execution and revenue outcomes
- Provide feedback and recommendations to refine sales processes as the team and company scale
Requirements
- An experienced frontline SaaS Sales Manager with a track record of leading teams of comparable size
- A strong operator who excels at revenue execution and quota attainment management
- Highly skilled in pipeline management, deal inspection, and execution discipline
- A structured, hands-on coach who consistently improves AE performance and fundamentals
- Disciplined and data-driven in forecasting, with a history of accurate rep-level commits
- Comfortable operating in early-stage or evolving sales environments
- Proficient with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and sales performance reporting
- Clear and direct communicator with strong coaching presence and sound judgment
- Accountable, self-aware, and able to balance high standards with empathy
- Action-oriented, operationally disciplined, and committed to consistent execution
