About the role
- Own the performance of a team of Business Development Representatives, including activity, pipeline quality, and results
- Coach BDRs using data and call insights to improve execution and consistency
- Set clear standards for outbound quality, CRM hygiene, and handovers, and ensure they are followed
- Run effective 1:1s, performance reviews, and feedback conversations
- Identify risks early and address performance or behavioral issues directly and professionally
- Lead by example through strong outbound knowledge and credibility
- Work closely with Sales Leadership and Enablement to improve processes
- Support hiring new team members and onboarding them
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of 1-2 years of team leading experience in business development; ideally within a tech sales environment
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue
- Strong organizational skills, able to juggle people, priorities, and data with clarity and control
- Clear and direct communication skills
- Strong experience coaching from metrics and performance data
- Hands-on outbound sales experience and credibility
- Native-level English, written and spoken
