About the role

  • Own the performance of a team of Business Development Representatives, including activity, pipeline quality, and results
  • Coach BDRs using data and call insights to improve execution and consistency
  • Set clear standards for outbound quality, CRM hygiene, and handovers, and ensure they are followed
  • Run effective 1:1s, performance reviews, and feedback conversations
  • Identify risks early and address performance or behavioral issues directly and professionally
  • Lead by example through strong outbound knowledge and credibility
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership and Enablement to improve processes
  • Support hiring new team members and onboarding them

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of team leading experience in business development; ideally within a tech sales environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue
  • Strong organizational skills, able to juggle people, priorities, and data with clarity and control
  • Clear and direct communication skills
  • Strong experience coaching from metrics and performance data
  • Hands-on outbound sales experience and credibility
  • Native-level English, written and spoken
