About the role
- Work with external Kodak customers to gather information to develop a viable RTR process for their products.
- Design coating event variables to identify process conditions unique to each product.
- Manage multiple customers on a weekly basis.
- Ability to create detailed work instructions to operational staff to execute the experimental or production plan.
- Work with process engineering and operational staff to solve problems during the development process.
- Work with Kodak HSE community to use management of change processes to develop safe process steps and procedures for each customer’s process development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related mechanical discipline.
- Experience with Design of Experiment tools and statistical methods.
- Able to work independently and in team environments.
- Good team player and willing to learn and change course when needed.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (cause/effect).
- Experience in a chemical and manufacturing environment.
- Focus on safe work practices and HSE.
