About the role
- The Recruiter will be responsible for implementing effective strategies to attract diverse and qualified individuals to satisfy the company wide staffing needs.
- Work closely with managers in various departments to uncover the staffing needs
- Oversee and review job posting to be sure the company upholds desired image
- Organize hiring events and job fairs
- Screen and select qualified candidates to be interviewed
- Arrange and schedule interviews with hiring manager and candidates
- Coordinate all communication with candidates from the moment they are sourced until job offer is presented and accepted
- Work with hiring manager to suggest salary range, incentives, and start dates
- Work with HR department to ensure timely onboarding of candidate
- Continuously maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Develop a presentation and career path for college graduates
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
- 5 Years of Recruiting experience
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job board posting sites such as Indeed and Zip Recruiter
- Intermediate to advanced skill level with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Computer and internet research skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Extremely resourceful and ability to show initiative; use internal resources to achieve desired results
- Able to work independently
- Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
- Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work
