Recruitment

• The Recruiter will be responsible for implementing effective strategies to attract diverse and qualified individuals to satisfy the company wide staffing needs.
• Work closely with managers in various departments to uncover the staffing needs
• Oversee and review job posting to be sure the company upholds desired image
• Organize hiring events and job fairs
• Screen and select qualified candidates to be interviewed
• Arrange and schedule interviews with hiring manager and candidates
• Coordinate all communication with candidates from the moment they are sourced until job offer is presented and accepted
• Work with hiring manager to suggest salary range, incentives, and start dates
• Work with HR department to ensure timely onboarding of candidate
• Continuously maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Develop a presentation and career path for college graduates
• Perform other duties as assigned
