About the role
- Works independently handling accounts of large size and complexity
- Supports a CRE lending team
- Responsible for the review and completion of due diligence
- Control disbursement of new loan proceeds
- Monitor and enforce post-closing exception items
- Manage pipeline of assigned loans within nCino and other secondary sources
- Research and resolve issues and questions from Compliance, Internal Audit and Credit Risk Review
- Perform loan maintenance as required
- Open and maintain Commercial Banking deposit accounts
- Assist in monitoring various monthly management reports
- Provide training to Commercial staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or related knowledge/skills gained through experience required
- 10+ years of commercial loan experience required
- Knowledge of commercial banking compliance and regulations
- Knowledge of general banking operations and activities
- Knowledge of commercial and commercial real estate loan closing processes and procedures, loan systems and loan documentation.
- Strong communication, organizational, writing and interpersonal skills required
- Working knowledge of the following programs:
- Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Access)
- Metavante Insight/FIS
- nCino Lifecycle Lightening
- Salesforce
