About the role

Manage vendors and infrastructure expense management for all corporate cost centers
Ensure compliance with IT controls
Coordinate issue resolution and risk management
Lead change and project management for SNOW move, adds and change service requests
Facilitate 3rd party and Network Engineering response to incidents
Coordinate new infrastructure implementation and delivery of WAN, Meraki, Cisco equipment
Support Network Access Protection (NAP), Meraki and other compliance policies related to physical infrastructure
Support users and administer services (Documo/mFax, RingCentral, Five9, Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
Administer RingCentral for 2000+ users including licenses, upgrades, alerts, and incidents
Enforce Corporate mobile device policy and support end users
Contribute to key technical projects and manage on-site network inventory and logistical moves
Develop plans to meet departmental goals and ensure internal/vendor resources are available and tracked
Analyze complex problems, make recommendations, and independently drive solutions

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
8+ years in technology management (minimum 8 years)
5+ years in a leadership or senior technical role
Strong technical background with experience in complex project support
Experience with WAN, Meraki, Cisco equipment, Network Access Protection (NAP)
Experience administering RingCentral, Documo/mFax, Five9, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
Experience in vendor relations and contract management
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead change and project management for service requests and infrastructure implementations
Willingness to travel to office sites and data centers as required
