About the role

  • Providing legal advice and conducting case work relating to Property Law.
  • Supporting and assisting fee earners within the team in the preparation and conduct of a full range of routine and complex case work.

Requirements

  • Has good knowledge and experience of Property law and practice
  • Has the ability to provide prompt and accurate legal advice
  • Has the ability to advise, guide and train less experienced staff, instructing departments and county councillors effectively.
  • Can undertake a complex caseload with minimum supervision
  • Understands the need to engage in a creative and robust interpretation of and application of the law, procedure and other requirements applicable to local authorities and public bodies.
