About the role
- Assist in the provision of legal services to the Statutory Interventions Team
- Undertake a full range of routine and complex administrative legal case work
- Write and submit court documents
- Issue Penalty Notices for unauthorised absence from school
- Liaise and work alongside the Statutory Intervention lead and wider legal intervention team
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some experience of legal work would be an advantage
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet tight legal deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Great organisational skills
- Accurate minute taking skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and MS Office skills
