About the role
- Lead the strategic development and delivery of a large and diverse learning programme
- Oversee around 700 courses for 12,000 learners each year
- Manage a skilled team of training consultants and administrators
- Work closely with operational services, commissioners, providers and health partners
- Ensure training is high-quality, compliant, innovative and future-focused
- Shape learning across key areas including Safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, and Care Act
Requirements
- A Level 6 qualification in Social Care and Health related professions
- Experience in working in Adult Social Care and Health, learning, development, and strategy delivery
- Proven leadership, budget management and partnership working skills
- Communication, influencing and analytical abilities
