About the role
- Serve as the direct point of contact for Henry Schein Dental Field Sales Consultants or our 4 brands customers delivering or needing assistance, both internal and external
- Track, guide, and support project milestones and deliverables for the Revenue Analysis engagement both externally and internally
- Collaborate seamlessly across all four company brands to align resources, best practices, and communications
- Provide proactive troubleshooting, escalation, and stakeholder liaison to drive project success
- Monitor project-related KPIs (e.g., delivery milestones, consultant satisfaction, issue resolution time) and report performance metrics to executive leadership
- Champion continuous improvement by compressing feedback loops and surfacing lessons learned
Requirements
- 2–4 years in Sales, or Consulting, preferably in the dental space
- Strong rapport-building skills, especially with field sales and cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and proactively escalate project risks
- Proficient in Google or Microsoft suites
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, capable of translating technical or analytical concepts into actionable next steps
- Comfortable in high-stakes, multi-brand, multi-stakeholder environments
