About the role

  • Work with the Marketing Manager on marketing initiatives including data maintenance, collateral production, digital marketing strategies, and website upkeep
  • Serves as marketing liaison with Real Estate Management Department
  • Creates comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each property vacancy
  • Attends Property Transition meetings
  • Coordinates advertising efforts for fee-managed properties
  • Creates marketing materials including banners, property signage, advertisements, flyers, and digital assets
  • Manages photography inventory, plans photoshoots, and coordinates with photographers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Graphic or Communication Design, Digital Media, Media Arts, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or Urban Planning
  • At least 1 year of marketing design experience; design experience at an affordable property management environment preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and DMV
  • Access to reliable vehicle with auto insurance in accordance with EAH Housing minimum
