About the role
- Preparing, submitting, and tracking warranty claims within manufacturer requirements
- Reviewing repair orders and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Liaising with technicians to ensure correct warranty coding and supporting evidence
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer policies and recall campaigns
- Monitoring claim progress and following up on outstanding approvals
- Managing warranties relating to parts, labour, and goodwill requests
- Providing administrative support to the service department as required
- Provide support to Service Advisors and assist with Service Advisor tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in warranty administration, service advising, or dealership administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Good understanding of dealership systems, service operations, or manufacturer processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Competent computer skills across dealer management systems and Microsoft Office
