About the role

  • Preparing, submitting, and tracking warranty claims within manufacturer requirements
  • Reviewing repair orders and documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Liaising with technicians to ensure correct warranty coding and supporting evidence
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer policies and recall campaigns
  • Monitoring claim progress and following up on outstanding approvals
  • Managing warranties relating to parts, labour, and goodwill requests
  • Providing administrative support to the service department as required
  • Provide support to Service Advisors and assist with Service Advisor tasks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warranty administration, service advising, or dealership administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Good understanding of dealership systems, service operations, or manufacturer processes
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Competent computer skills across dealer management systems and Microsoft Office
