About the role
- Processing warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes
- Reviewing repair orders and supporting documentation for compliance
- Liaising with technicians and service advisors to obtain required information
- Submitting and reconciling warranty payments and credits
- Monitoring outstanding claims and following up where required
- Maintaining accurate warranty records and audit readiness
- Assisting with manufacturer warranty audits and reporting
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dealership administration or warranty role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data
- Sound understanding of dealership or service operations
- Confident computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
