About the role
- Welcome and engage customers in the showroom, online and over the phone
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase BYD’s innovative features
- Stay up to date with BYD products, EV technology and market trends
- Manage the full sales process including finance referrals, trade-ins and delivery coordination
- Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with the dealership team to ensure a seamless experience
Requirements
- Experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role with strong consultative skills
- Passion for electric vehicles and emerging automotive technology
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Sales Licence preferred but not mandatory
- Valid Drivers licence and Australian Working rights.
