About the role

  • Responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service.
  • Delivering the best solution to meet customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments.
  • Build relationships with customers and potential customers.
  • Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs.
  • Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded; however, individuals that are passionate salespeople or those that have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply!
  • Used car sales experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Manual Drivers Licence
  • Must be self-motivated and goal driven
  • Ability to meet KPI’s and targets as well as perform well in high pressure environments
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
  • Hold full Australian working rights
