About the role
- Lead and develop the Service Department at BYD Cannington.
- Engage with customers and staff to deliver an outstanding experience.
- Ensure efficient and profitable operation of the Service Department.
- Build and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders of the business.
- Ensure a safe work environment for the team by maintaining best practices.
- Work closely with both Sales and Parts departments regarding servicing, repair and pre-delivery work.
- Develop efficient processes and standards in both workshop operations and customer service.
Requirements
- Experience managing an Automotive Service Department (desirable but not essential)
- Extensive experience working in a Service Department in a team leadership role
- Track record of effectively leading a high-performance team, meeting budgets and monthly KPIs
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to succeed
- Capacity to manage, develop and drive productive teamwork
- Australian working rights and driver’s licence
