About the role
- Join Each&Other's consulting team to deliver UX projects for international clients
- Conduct user research (usability tests, diary studies) and ensure research informs projects
- Define user flows and messaging strategy across multiple channels
- Co-create strategies, content and designs with clients and communicate specifications to project teams
- Rapid prototyping (low- and high-fidelity) using tools like Figma, Cursor, Loveable, Bolt
- Design interaction flows, micro-interactions, and manage collaborative feedback cycles
- Communicate and facilitate with clients and project teams to deliver business outcomes
Requirements
- Strong communication skills — ability to articulate complex ideas simply
- Ability to build relationships and maintain client trust
- Efficiency and ability to deliver solutions on time
- Prototyping skills; user-centred mindset; test content/messaging
- Technology know-how; familiarity with Cursor, Loveable, Bolt; interest in AI
- Bonus: more than two years of experience working with UX teams
- Bonus: already eligible to live and work in the EU
