About the role
- Act as a strong EMEA WebX partner and support our strategic roadmap for both provider and consumer audiences
- Lead the exploration of new web capabilities such as interactive tools, dynamic content, and advanced analytics integrations
- Work closely with Brand, Analytics, Creative, MarTech, and other teams to align features with user needs and business goals
- Optimize customer journeys to ensure smooth and engaging navigation
- Stay ahead of web trends, ensuring all initiatives meet web design trends, as well as privacy, accessibility, and compliance standards
- Help scale web performance best practices across our websites with an emphasis on technical SEO and mobile-first experiences
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or product management
- Experience developing and influencing technical roadmaps for large-scale websites
- Deep knowledge of modern web experience capabilities including site personalization, CMS modules, digital self-service, and user journey architecture
- Familiarity with platforms and tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Manager, A/B Tasty, GA360, Looker, and DataDog
- Strong understanding of privacy, accessibility, and compliance requirements in regulated industries
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and experimentation frameworks is preferred
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
