• Join Each&Other's consulting team to deliver UX projects for international clients
• Conduct user research (usability tests, diary studies) and ensure research informs projects
• Define user flows and messaging strategy across multiple channels
• Co-create strategies, content and designs with clients and communicate specifications to project teams
• Rapid prototyping (low- and high-fidelity) using tools like Figma, Cursor, Loveable, Bolt
• Design interaction flows, micro-interactions, and manage collaborative feedback cycles
• Communicate and facilitate with clients and project teams to deliver business outcomes
