About the role
- Responsible for the entire recruitment sales cycle – from lead generation to contract closing and management of the full 360° recruitment process.
- Acquisition of new clients and business development.
- Development and implementation of a strategic sales plan to expand our client base and global reach.
- Negotiation of terms and conditions with clients and candidates.
- Advising clients and supporting the filling of open positions with qualified professionals.
- Identifying and proactively approaching qualified candidates through various channels and networking.
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process and conducting contract negotiations with clients and candidates.
Requirements
- Proven sales ability with high motivation, ambition and initiative.
- Experience as a business developer is a plus.
- Experience in recruitment/placement.
- IT vocational training or a university degree.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
